Equal population

What if the United States re-created the states in order to have about the same population for each state?

Here is map that I found online that shows what it could look like:

Notice that West Virginia would be part of two different states.
Most of West Virginia would be in "Allegheny with parts of western PA, eastern VA,and a little bit of Ohio.
Some of the souther-western part of West Virginia would be in the Cumberland.
